[BUG] Question title not showing

What's Wrong?

When claude asks me questions with options, it truncates the question and just gives it a tag, even if the question is minimal characters. I did a test after this and claude returned with - the question UI isn't rendering for you at all, just the header tag.

What Should Happen?

Claude should show the question text in the header for questions in multi-select prompts (or interactive prompts)

1. Set claude a task to read a txt file with instructions within it, and to ask any questions as multi prompts before starting task
