What were you trying to do?
The runbook expects an add_repo tool (plus register_repo_root) to attach the repository to this session, but neither tool exists in this session's toolset at all — not even as a deferred/loadable tool.
What happened instead?
specific session (a scheduled/automated cloud session) isn't getting the repo-attachment tool that a normal Claude Code session would have, even though the account-level connector is healthy.
