[BUG] スケジュールタスクの実行履歴パネルで結果をクリックすると表示が消える

What's Wrong?

スケジュールタスク（Money news digest）の実行履歴パネルで、「今日の6:03」などの実行結果をクリックすると、詳細が表示されずパネルの内容が見えなくなる。

What Should Happen?

実行履歴の項目をクリックしたら、その回の実行結果の詳細が表示されるべき。

Steps to Reproduce

1. スケジュールタスク（例: money-news-digest）を作成し、毎日実行させる
2. スケジュールタスクの画面を開く
3. 右側の「実行」パネルに実行履歴一覧が表示される
4. 履歴の項目（例: 今日の6:03）をクリックする
5. 詳細が表示されず、パネルの内容が空/見えなくなる
