Voice-to-text message auto-submits a second time after response appears[BUG]

What's Wrong?

After submitting a voice-to-text message and waiting for the full response to appear, the app automatically submits the same message a second time. I did not press Enter or the Submit button again — the re-submission happens on its own.

What Should Happen?

Expected behavior: Message is submitted once only.

Steps to reproduce:

Compose a message using voice-to-text in the Claude desktop app (Code tab)
Submit it and wait for the full response to finish streaming
The same message is automatically re-submitted by the app, generating a duplicate response
