Voice input appears in multiple sessions simultaneously

Bug Report

Description:
When using voice input in one Claude Code session, the input is being automatically populated into other open sessions as well.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open multiple Claude Code sessions in split view (side by side)
2. Use voice input in one session
3. Observe that the voice input text appears in all open sessions

Expected behavior:
Voice input should only be captured by and appear in the active/focused session where the voice input was initiated.

Actual behavior:
Voice input is being duplicated across multiple open sessions simultaneously.

Environment:

• Platform: Windows 11
• Claude Code Desktop App (split view / multiple sessions)
