[Bug] MCP Tool Not Using Latest Data and Unnecessary Integrity Checks Instead of Direct Fix

Bug Description
Given a simple issues to deal with and went on a massive side-quest. 1) skill failed to use up to date data to submit to notion mcp. 2) When called on it went on a spirit quest for "integrity checks" vs just fixing the 15 bad rows of data

You all do realize whatever you've done to Claude in the past few months has rendered it beyond useless. It's so bad it's an actual liability. I've cancelled my personal account and I'm recommending my company drop it.
