Bug Description
Claude Code (Opus 5) wasted tokens by doing work I did not ask for. I asked, in Turkish: "Commit push et" — commit and push. The repository is a single-developer project whose history goes directly to main. Instead of committing to main, the agent: 1. created a feature branch (feat/indicator-lights) I never asked for, 2. pushed that branch, 3. wrote a long pull request body and opened PR #1 — also never asked for, 4. then made two merge attempts that the permission classifier rejected. The agent cited its own default of "if on the default branch, branch first" as the reason. My instruction was explicit and should have overridden that default. The PR body in particular was long and is pure waste. I am requesting a credit for the tokens spent on steps 1-4.
