[Feature Request] Restore Session: Ensure Full Conversation Visibility on Load

**Bug Description**
When running `claude -r`, we want to make sure that the session restored is visible. I had a long session, but it appeared to be gone. I thought everything was missing. I was rather disappointed until I scrolled up and realized the entire conversation was there, but at the moment, in this version of Claude, it only shows the input prompt and not everything else above it. So the input prompt should always be at the bottom of the screen, and all of the content must always be be
