[Feature Request] Add model version pinning to ensure reproducible behavior across Anthropic API updates

Bug Description
opus-4-7 behavior has shifted since May 15 — same model string,
worse output on the same codebase patterns. Asking for immutable
model snapshot pinning so users can reproduce known-good
behavior across silent training updates.
correction after may 19th with one good session oj june 1st with one of the agents I had between 15-19th May.
