Bug Description
This session has been burning through my 5h limit using my Teams Premium plan. I was running the same session using my personal Pro plan and it was happily working inside the 5h limit. Given Team Premium is larger use than Pro, I would have expected more headroom to work on this plan. Please investigate. The session has been on Medium effort, running up to 3 sub-agents on both plans with similar focus and work levels so I would expect broadly similar consumption patterns.
