[BUG] agents-md: don't report when AGENTS.md was loaded instead of CLAUDE.md

What's Wrong?

When launching claude in a repo with only AGENTS.md, it logs this noisy useless message:

⏺ agents-md: no CLAUDE.md found; AGENTS.md loaded: /my/dir

What Should Happen?

No message should be shown, it should silently read the file like it does for every other files without informing the user it did.
