Environment: Claude Code VSCode extension, Windows 11, system light theme

Description:
Inline markdown code spans (e.g. ` MMM-<Name>.js ) and slash-command references (e.g. /help`) render as a dark navy pill/badge on a light background when using the system light theme, making the text low-contrast and hard to read. This appears to be specific to the extension's own styling for these elements, not the editor's general syntax theme.

Expected: Inline code/command spans should have sufficient contrast against the light theme background (e.g. light background with dark text, or a badge color with adequate contrast against its own text).

Screenshot: attached separately — shows a rendered response with a /help reference in a dark badge on the light chat background.
