[Bug] Diff preview ignores light theme in wide-panel inline preview on macOS

Bug Description
In the Claude Code extension with VS Code on macOS, Diff preview ignores the light theme. The wide-panel inline preview of an edited file renders at #1e1e1e (RGB 30/30/30 — the default dark editor background) even under a light theme, making a hard dark block between the light panel and white editor. Repro: light theme + wide panel + let Claude edit a file. Wanted: preview follows the active theme, or a setting to always use the compact "Modified / Added N lines" view that already shows when the panel is narrow.
