[BUG] incorrect usage credit limit used in VSCode - blocking work

What's Wrong?

Extension: Claude Code VS Code extension
Behavior: shows "92% of usage credit limit used, resets in 7d" banner. Even though I have increased the Monthly spend limit and my account's usage is pretty low. It was renewed 2 days ago. claude.ai web usage page shows Weekly (7 day) at 5%, resets in 4d
Severity: this is blocking my work since the limit is about to reach.

What Should Happen?

remove the error in VSCode so it doesn't block my development one he limit is reached (currenty at 92%)
