[GitHub integration] Chat has no GitHub tools for private repos despite all settings checks green

What were you trying to do?

Use "+ → Add from GitHub" in claude.ai Chat to link a private repository and have Claude read its files.

Tested with two private repos:

• a repo in an organization where I'm owner (Claude GitHub App installed on the org with "All repositories" access)
• a repo on my personal account

In Settings → Connectors → GitHub integration, all three checks are green: account connected, Claude GitHub App installed, repository status green for the org repos.

What happened instead?

The repo picker shows and links the repos, but in the chat Claude has no GitHub tools at all. It falls back to anonymous web access and gets a 404 (private repo).

• Same result for the org repo and the personal repo
• Tested in fresh chats started after linking the repo
• All other connectors (Notion, Miro, Twenty, Claude Docs) work in the same chats
• Account was connected, app installed, checks green before testing

Looks similar to #91416 and #68517. Please trigger a repository index reset / re-sync for my account.
