[Bug] Opus 5.5 incorrectly downgrading CVP-verified users on false-positive cyber classification

Bug Description
I already completed CVP verification, so my account should be recognized as an approved cybersecurity researcher. However, Opus 5.5 is still incorrectly flagging normal cybersecurity-related conversations and automatically switching to Opus 4.8.
In this case, I only sent a simple “hi,” which was incorrectly classified as [cyber]. This appears to be a false positive.
Please review how CVP-verified users and cybersecurity-related sessions are being handled. The current behavior makes it difficult to use Opus 5.5 for legitimate security research and bug bounty work, even when the request itself is harmless.
