Preflight Checklist

  • [x] I have searched existing requests and this feature hasn't been requested yet
  • [x] This is a single feature request (not multiple features)

Problem Statement

The only way to see which scheduled tasks exist is to open the Scheduled page. There's no at-a-glance view from inside a conversation, so checking what's scheduled means leaving the chat I'm working in. With several tasks spread across projects, keeping track of them takes extra navigation every time.

Proposed Solution

Under the "Scheduled" entry in the sidebar, list each scheduled task as an entry in a collapsible list, similar to how chats and projects are listed.

  • Collapsed by default, or remember the last state.
  • Clicking the "Scheduled" header still opens the full Scheduled page, so existing behavior is unchanged.
  • Optional: show each task's next run time on hover or as secondary text.

Alternative Solutions

Currently I open the Scheduled page manually, or ask Claude in a chat session to list them. Neither gives a persistent at-a-glance view in the sidebar.

Priority

Medium - Would be very helpful

Use Case Example

  1. I have scheduled tasks across several projects.
  2. I'm working in a chat and want to confirm what's scheduled.
  3. With this feature, I'd expand "Scheduled" in the sidebar and see them without leaving the chat.
  4. This saves navigating away and back each time.

Additional Context

Related: #67992 covers a separate gap: sessions spawned by scheduled tasks surfacing inconsistently in the sidebar. This request is for a collapsible list of the scheduled tasks themselves under the existing "Scheduled" sidebar entry, with the header still opening the full page.

Environment: Claude Desktop (Windows) and claude.ai on the web.
