[BUG] Desktop: one-time scheduled tasks vanish from the Scheduled/Routines list (recurring tasks unaffected; tasks still exist underneath)

What's Wrong?

After updating Claude Desktop, one-time (fireAt-based) scheduled tasks no longer appear in the Desktop app's Scheduled Tasks / Routines list, while recurring (cron-based) scheduled tasks on the same account continue to display normally. This looks like a UI/list-filtering regression, not data loss: the underlying task registrations are intact — a separate Cowork session calling list_scheduled_tasks shows all one-time tasks still present, still enabled, with correct fireAt/nextRunAt timestamps. The Desktop UI's own list is simply failing to render them.

What Should Happen?

All enabled scheduled tasks, one-time and recurring alike, should appear in the Scheduled Tasks / Routines list.

Steps to Reproduce

Step 1: Have a mix of recurring (cron) and one-time (fireAt) scheduled tasks configured, all enabled.

Step 2: Update Claude Desktop (observed after updating to official version 2.110.0, packaged as 2.110.0-3.2.4 via the aaddrick/claude-desktop-debian unofficial Linux packaging; the packaging layer itself stayed at 3.2.4 across this update, so the change appears to be in the official app, not the packaging).

Step 3: Open the Desktop app's Scheduled Tasks / Routines list.

Step 4: Observe that recurring tasks still appear, but one-time tasks are absent.

Step 5: Confirm the one-time tasks are not actually gone: from a Cowork session, call list_scheduled_tasks (or equivalent). The one-time tasks are still returned, enabled, with correct scheduling data.

Possibly related but distinct from #83600 (registrations vanishing from the backend entirely, not a display-only issue) and #86115 (only disabled/paused tasks disappearing from the list, not one-time vs. recurring). Flagging both for context in case there is a shared root cause in how the Routines list is populated, though the trigger condition here (one-time vs. recurring) does not match either report.
