[FEATURE] Allow manual editing of proposed changes in the diff view before accepting

Problem Statement

When Claude Code proposes a change, I can only accept or reject it. If the change is 90% right but needs a small tweak (a variable name, a comment, an off-by-one), I have to accept it and edit the file myself, or reject it and re-prompt. Both add friction, and re-prompting can produce a different change entirely.

Proposed Solution

Make the diff view editable. I could modify the proposed lines directly, then accept, and Claude Code would apply my edited version and treat it as the new file state.
