[Feature Request] Add Option to Disable Verbose Progress Messages

Bug Description
The cutesy gerunds ("Germinating..." "Ideating..." "Topsy-turvying") are grating. This is a work tool. Give us an option to turn that nonsense off. They add unnecessary cognitive friction to concentration.
