Bug Description
When running longer commands/sessions I would like the ability to silence/hide the diff print-out of every file changed. it's noise that keeps me from seeing helpful feedback from the agent and I'll be reviewing the PR changes anyways.

Those are all relevant duplicates but each was closed either as a duplicate or due to inactivity - not because the feature wasn't relevant or needed. Would like this to be considered.
