[Feature Request] Add option to suppress file diff output in verbose logging

Bug Description
When running longer commands/sessions I would like the ability to silence/hide the diff print-out of every file changed. it's noise that keeps me from seeing helpful feedback from the agent and I'll be reviewing the PR changes anyways.
