What's Wrong?
Description
When trying to change the working directory or upload a document in the Claude desktop app, the native macOS Finder picker dialog never opens. No error is shown — the action silently does nothing.
This also happens when changing the working directory for a scheduled routine: the cursor switches to a loading state, but no folder-picker pop-up ever appears.
Workaround
Manually dragging and dropping the file into the app works fine, so file handling itself isn't broken — only the native file/folder picker dialog fails to launch.
Environment
- OS: macOS (Darwin 25.6.0)
- App: Claude desktop app, Code tab
What Should Happen?
The Finder picker dialog opens as normal.
