[BUG] @ independent accounts payed, 1 fixed session limit per device.

What's Wrong?

This morning i woke up with my pro max 20x hiting a weekly limit, since i am on high urgency and high development, i decided to subscribe to my other account , for a pro max 5x... then for only 2 hours, it stoped, telling me i hit now the session limit. . I am working on a single device, and i payed the 2nd subscription because i know i will be hitting limits in the following week. But the session limits its not changing if i login in with another account. This is not what should happen if i am paying 2 independeent accounts (its like you are forcing me to have 2 devices).

Two paid orgs: [nnn]@qualiaestudio.com (Max 20x, weekly exhausted) and rica.[xxx}@gmail.com (Max 5x, bought this morning).

Claude Code on one Mac, Keychain Claude Code-credentials.

After /logout + full claude auth login on the 5x account (and after deleting the Keychain item), weekly was ~12% but session stayed 100%.

Cite claude-code#76346 (OAuth token session bucket stuck; /logout does not mint a new family).
Fix steps didnt help me.

Ask them to check server-side session buckets for both org IDs, not the local /usage bars.

Attach /usage screenshot, claude --version, macOS version, timestamps (login ~12:30, block ~3h later, reset shown 1:59pm Europe/Berlin).

What Should Happen?

Each Claude Max account/org has its own independent 5-hour session pool and weekly pool. Those pools are shared across claude.ai, Desktop, and Claude Code for that account only. They must not be shared with another account on the same Mac.

After I fully sign out of Claude Code and complete a new OAuth login on rica.araya.f@gmail.com (Max 5x, subscribed this morning), Claude Code should enforce only that account’s limits:

Weekly usage should start near 0% (new subscription / unused week) and grow only from this account’s traffic.
Session usage should start a new 5-hour window for this account, not remain 100% from earlier work on hola@qualiaestudio.com (Max 20x) on the same machine.
/logout + /login (or claude auth login) must mint a token that is bound to the account I just signed in as. A stuck session bucket on the previous token/device must not block the new account.
/usage and the session-limit error must agree with Settings → Usage on claude.ai for the signed-in account.
I should be able to keep working on one Mac by switching paid accounts. I should not need a second device.

Error Messages/Logs

Session limit 100& (it did NOT refreshsed after login to the new account)
Current week limit 11% (it did refreshed)
Current fable week limit 12% used (it did refreshed)

Steps to Reproduce

On a single Mac (macOS, one user), use Claude Code logged in as Account A: hola@qualiaestudio.com (Max 20x). Heavy use until Claude Code reports weekly limit reached.
Subscribe Account B: rica.araya.f@gmail.com to Max 5x (same morning). Confirm on claude.ai that Account B is a separate org with its own plan.
In Claude Code, switch identity (any of these; all were tried):
/login and complete OAuth as Account B
close all terminals → /logout → new terminal → /login as Account B
claude auth login as Account B after deleting macOS Keychain item Claude Code-credentials (no ~/.claude/.credentials.json on this machine)
Confirm Claude Code is Account B (/status / oauth email rica.araya.f@gmail.com). No ANTHROPIC_API_KEY / CLAUDE_CODE_OAUTH_TOKEN set.
Run /usage and send a prompt.
