What's Wrong?

Currently utilizing Claude Apps Gateway for the desktop app specifically Cowork. The following variable skillCreationEnabled has been set to false within the desktop section of the gateway. However, the desktop app does not seem to enforce this variable, as even though the variable is set to false users are still able to create and upload their own skills.

What Should Happen?

Once this variable is set to false, users should not be allowed to create/upload skills.
