[BUG] Red error background doesn't end and fills entire terminal

What's Wrong?

While Claude is using tools, if there is an error while I am highlighting text, the red background from the error doesn't end. The red background persists when resuming the conversation as well. I'm using Git Bash on Windows 11.

What Should Happen?

The red background should end at the end of the text or whatever is being highlighted.

It's only happened a couple times, but both times were when I was highlighting the text I was reading while Claude was working.
