[BUG] - Serious Bug - Compacting from previous instances deleted all the files/documentation created during 1,5 hours

What's Wrong?

Compact warning appeared at ~95% usage

• Ran /compact command
• Received error: "Cannot compact, navigate with Escape twice"
• Following error instructions deleted all files from current session
• Expected behavior: Compact should work OR navigation should preserve files
• Actual behavior: Files permanently deleted (not in recycle bin). Documentation Files are json workflows created during a 1.5 hour session were all deleted from my drive and could not recover from recycle bins also.

What Should Happen?

Why should a Claude session delete all files created even if the compact was done from last 2 sessions
