[BUG] fairly serious permissions problem : "cd*"

What's Wrong?

in v2.1.50, the permission ask screen "always allow this command" is matching the change directory that comes first in the bash commands.

What Should Happen?

it should have better pattern matching for the bash command, excluding the initial change directory

not sure, but I've seen it twice now where the offered pattern for always allow is "cd*"
