Desktop app: New Session cannot create a new top-level project folder - picker only

Environment: Claude Code desktop app, Windows 11 Pro.

Current behavior: The New Session flow offers a folder picker only. Every new session lands under an existing project ("main folder") in the sidebar, and the plus sign next to a project always creates the session inside that project. To start a genuinely new top-level project you must leave the app, create the directory in File Explorer or a terminal, then return and pick it.

Requested: Add a "Create new folder" option to the New Session / project picker so a brand-new top-level project can be created and selected in one step, without leaving the app.

Heavy daily user; this comes up every time a new project starts.
