[Bug][cyber] Safeguard triggered during custom VPN multiplexer configuration (req_011CeYEEp18jPKx9tYNToVjv)
Triage: kind cyber · domain general · flagging model Opus 4.8 · severity session-halted (blocked authorized work) · reproducible: yes — server-side via the Request ID(s) below
Type: Cybersecurity safety-filter false positive · Work domain (heuristic): general
Why this is a false positive
The real-time cyber safeguard halted the session when processing a frustrated exclamation directed at the assistant during custom VPN multiplexer setup. The input contained profanity directed at the model without referencing external targets, unauthorized network access, or malicious exploits. Halting an entire session over user venting during legitimate network routing work creates a false positive under Request ID req_011CeYE7mqDW66vThucFveTU.
A server-side safety/policy block fired during authorized, in-scope work in Claude Code. Filing as a false positive. Recurred 1× across 1 session(s); first seen 2026-08-30T03:33:08.771Z.
