[BUG] Claude Code model and billing defaults changing without user notification or permission.

What's Wrong?
Opening claude code on monday morning,
my default model now set to Haiku, when I typically fable and opus.
Billing set to API usage, when I use my team plan

My usage on this machine for last 7 days:

and when I opened up claude code

I never use Haiku for coding nor would I use API billing.
So why would this be the default on startup?
What Should Happen?
Set model should persist, and if it ever changed by system , claude code should alert the user with confirmation dialogue.
