[Question] How do I find which anthropic account I used

Today, I've a terminal where claude code is working fine. I forgot which login I used for this. I tried to start claude code in another terminal and when I hit /login, it is not using the email that I'm using and gives me a screen with,

• What's your full name?
• What should we call you?
• I agree 18 ys over age ... blah...
• Continue button

Why is it re-registering? Or this is not the correct email I used for Anthropic? Nothing on the /help is looking to help me with this. I'm actually at a loss here and would appreciate any pointers to get back on track and find which account I used. Thank you in advance!
