/clear should also empty the visible chat scrollback for a clean slate

Problem Statement

When I run /clear, the conversation context gets wiped but the previous messages
stay visible in the chat scroll area. Because the old messages are still on screen,
I can't easily tell where the new conversation actually begins — I end up scrolling
up and down trying to work out which part is the current conversation versus the
previous ones. This makes it hard to understand what the current conversation is
about and hurts the clarity of the experience every time I start fresh.

Proposed Solution

After running /clear, empty the visible chat transcript completely so the scroll
area is blank — exactly like opening a brand-new session. No leftover messages, no
divider or marker — a true clean slate. That way it's immediately obvious a fresh
conversation has started, with nothing above the first new message to scroll past.

Interface: KiroCrew dashboard chat.
