[BUG] /compact and /clear commands clear terminal scrollback buffer, not just visible screen

What's Wrong?

• Actual behavior: Complete terminal reset including scrollback buffer
• Terminal: WezTerm

What Should Happen?

• Expected behavior: Commands should only clear visible content, preserving scrollback history
