[FEATURE] support for users with eye sensitivity
Preflight Checklist

- [x] This is a single feature request (not multiple features)
Problem Statement
I have very sensitive eyes and get frequent migraines when I can't customize how text appears on my screen (high contract, brightness, blue light). This limits my ability to spend extended time on the platform. Though my eyes are especially sensitive, all eyes are impacted by these things to varying degrees.
Proposed Solution
Ability to increase sepia levels & reduce contrast would dramatically improve my ability to consume the platform visually for long periods of time.
I've attached a screenshot of the web extension "dark reader" I use and the options they provide that help. I've also attached how the screen looks visually for me (I'm probably on the extreme end of the spectrum but variable control would be universally applicable).
