[Feature Request] Add scroll-sensitivity configuration for Claude Code webview panel

Bug Description
Please add a scroll-speed / scroll-sensitivity setting for the Claude Code VS Code/Cursor panel webview. The terminal.integrated.mouseWheelScrollSensitivity setting doesn't apply to the Claude Code panel, and there's no way to slow scrolling. CLAUDE_CODE_SCROLL_SPEED also doesn't change much. I am using Cursor.
