[Bug] Edit prompt in Zed not syncing back to claude code

Bug Description
Edited prompt in Zed is not synced back to CC.

ctrl-g opens the temp file in zed with the prompt (looks like /private/var/folders/t2/_z6hd0p103l4f_nxqpwjz9sc0000gn/T/claude-prompt-4e19f36f-239a-4717-81d8-aad24eb434d4.md), but when updated, saved and tab closed - it's not synced back to CC
