German localization bug: "Ausgeführt einem Befehl" is grammatically incorrect

In the Claude desktop app (Code tab), the UI label shown above/for an executed shell command in the German locale reads:
"Ausgeführt einem Befehl"
This is not grammatically correct German. The word order and case are wrong. Depending on the intended meaning, a correct translation would be:
- "Befehl ausgeführt" (short, matches typical English "Command executed" style), or
- "Hat einen Befehl ausgeführt" (fuller sentence, "Executed a command")
Could the German translation string be corrected?
Environment: Claude desktop app (Code tab), German (de) locale, bundled Claude Code version 2.1.260. Note: the Claude desktop app itself reports being up to date; I could not find a way to update the embedded Claude Code component independently of the app.
