Preflight Checklist

  • [x] I have searched existing issues and this hasn't been reported yet
  • [x] This is a single bug report (please file separate reports for different bugs)
  • [x] I am using the latest version of Claude Code

What's Wrong?

The per-app computer-use approval card renders with only a Deny button.
The documented "Allow for this session" control is not present, so no app
can ever be granted.

Reproduced 5+ times across two unrelated apps: DaVinci Resolve and TextEdit.
Reproduced in both a cloud-linked session and a local session.

Ruled out:

  • Computer use enabled in Settings > General > Desktop app
  • macOS Accessibility and Screen Recording both granted to Claude (were

already on before this started)

  • Max 20 plan, so the Pro/Max requirement is met
  • No stale computer-use lock; every other Claude process quit, no ghost

Electron processes

  • computer_list_granted_applications returns an empty allowlist every time

Working correctly: the general "turn on computer use" enablement prompt
renders and functions normally. Only the per-app grant card is missing its
allow control.

App version: 1.49585.0
macOS, Apple Silicon

What Should Happen?

id like it to be fixed so the approve button shows up again.
