Bug Description
I found that when I'm using teams of sub-agents and agents, I run into the same problems. I need a way to have persistent state to organize the sub-agents.

I have a variety of different structures, but often I use rounds, so I have a round. It figures out what should be done, it creates sub-agents. The round ends, it aggregates everything, it figures everything out, and it starts a new round, and it has different checkpoints like an analysis sub-agent, things like that. Every two rounds it compacts everything, and so on.

So that's one thing: having the structures, having the persistent state. The other piece is the steering and monitoring. So I send messages to a Slack channel. I create a sort of inbox on an internal website where I can see agents posting things. They can post questions that I can provide feedback on.

And so I'm doing all this stuff and it seems very repetitive and universal, so I would love to have all that built into Claude Code, and I think it'd be a much more powerful tool.
