[Bug] Terminal Unresponsive with No Input Prompt or Output

Bug Description
In this session only, it happned multiple times that terminal wasn't giving any output and there was no plae for me to give prompt etc, I tried Ctrl+C Ctrl+X multiple enters etc, it diddn't help, I had to close the session and start again, but this is painful, can't do it again and again
