[FEEDBACK] Claude is dumb AF sometimes. [BUG] Ratelimit interuppts feeback

Bug Description
I keep telling, and have saved as a CORE MEMORY, to read the WHOLE LOG FILE not just the start or end.
i confirmed with the agent it remembers this. few minutes later... doesnt read the whole fucking log.
I have even had to tell it , save log as whole file. read the whole log from TOP - DOWN, understand the failure path, then triage from top down. dont spend time on fixing what might be collateral from preceeding bugs further up in the log.
Dont fix symptoms, fix root cause.
Im not even a professional developer and I know systematic debugging fundamentals better than your coding AI.
Gets dumb as fuck after compacting
forgets folders we have been working on all week.
thought we had been caught up on a bug for months but project is 8 days old at the time.
Assumes WAY too often.
