[FEATURE] allow possibility to disable childish 'thinking' synonyms

Problem Statement

within minutes of using Claude Code from within VS Code, I get terribly annoyed by the childish sequence of alternatives for thinking.

Proposed Solution

Please enable configuration options to get rid of this ASAP. It makes the whole thing feel as a game written by a 13-year old who finds himself witty. Just get the job done without all that nonsense
