[BUG] Enable / Disable of thinking mode not working

What's Wrong?

when pressing tab. thinking mode is not changing. and claude is using always none thinking mode.

What Should Happen?

pressing tab, thinking mode is changing. claude si using thinking, if thinking is enabled. the terminal shows if thinking mode is enabled or disabled.

1. open claude code
2. pressing tab. nothing happens. no thinking mode change.
