[Feature Request] Enable/Disable MCP Servers in `/mcp` command

During development, though some MCP servers like playwright are useful in frontend testing, not all MCP servers are required in different projects. Even in the same project, some MCP servers are unnecessary in different curcunstances.

Currently, the /mcp command allows users to view available tools and reconnect to MCP servers. However, I haven't found an elegant way to conveniently enable or disable individual MCP servers directly via chat commands. It would be very helpful to add enable/disable options to the /mcp command for better management.
