[Feature Request] Add session management controls: immediate deletion, pinning, and TUI dashboard

Bug Description
I understand that sesssions old that 30 days are automatically removed. it is neat to keep the system clean but we should have better control of this. 1) allow us to actually DELETE a session imediatelly (created by mistake, etc); 2) allow us to pin/keep a session against deletion; 3) a better 'dashboard/TUI for us to see what sessions are there, and perhaps press (k) to keep, (d) to delete, [enter/return] to open the session, etc.
