[Feature Request] Allow pinning background sessions by default via CLI option

Bug Description
when creating background session, please allow pinning the session by default, so that it ends up in "Pinned" section of claude agents view. I'm having sessions spawn other sessions and and I want to have control over what goes to pinned without going to UI
