[Bug] Model reverts to Opus 4.8 despite explicit pinning configuration

Bug Description
Stupid "cyber" warning - must have kicked in because I'm putting "hard locks" in place so other people can't override my changes to "no one has access to payroll information except me, the owner". Keeps switching back to Opus 4.8 incorrectly. I'll have to use Sol 5.6 but thought you should be aware - another case you guys can use hopefully to chase down these overly conservative to the point of very incorrect switches to Opus from fable 5 (BTW I pinned to opus 4.8 - opus 5 was very poor in our results for our use case but opus 4.8 is much more reliable and a solid model)
