[Bug] Unnecessary cd commands after enterworktree due to missing working directory context

Bug Description
when a session uses enterworktree, it doesnt seem to know it changed directories and will issue cd commands it does not need to. have the tool let the model know its working directory so it doesnt issue cd commands. these cd command trip the auto classifier a LOT.
