[Bug] VSCode Extension: Mode Switching and Theme Inconsistencies

Bug Description
The Visual Studio Code extension has several issues that need attention:

1. The extension is unstable and occasionally buggy.
2. There is no visible toggle or setting for switching to Thinking Mode.
3. The Shift + Tab shortcut does not switch modes when the text input field is not empty.
4. The built-in diff viewer ignores the user’s theme and uses its own color scheme instead.
