Bug Description
Sometimes I see inconsistencies in approach and deviating from agreed mode. In a way, Claude Code drops things from memory

I will give an example - I am working on Drug Discovery and we have an architecture for that comprising Target and its representation and Molecule and its representation and a way to now generate a molecule tuned to the target. During runs, I see the session leaning towards the task than sticking to the architecture and improving the architecture. Many times, I have to explicitly instruct to stick to the architecture.
